As a Residence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fostering a positive and nurturing environment that promotes dignity, respect, and empowerment for our residents.
• Providing leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
• Demonstrating strong financial acumen and resource management skills to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification in health, aged care, or a related field, combined with significant management experience in the aged care sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a deep commitment to promoting the well-being and dignity of our residents.
