Jewish Care Victoria offers a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Case Manager to provide strengths-based, client-focused support within our Social Work team.
A particular focus of this position is to provide outreach support to people whose housing is at risk, including people living in Jewish Care Vic transitional housing, public or other community housing, private rental, and those living with family. This role involves working alongside individuals and families facing complex challenges – coordinating tailored support that fosters housing stability, wellbeing and achieve long-term positive outcomes.
Jewish Care Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for over 175 years. Our staff come from all cultural and religious backgrounds, and we provide cultural and spiritual training in the Jewish Ethos.
