The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team on a permanent part-time basis.
- Location: Allowah, Dundas Valley
- Employment Type: 22.8 hrs/week (Days to be negotiated)
- Remuneration: From $34.00 per hour
- Extras: Salary packaging options available

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide administration support to the Chief Executive Officer and other Jericho Road Directors
- Coordinate policies
- Provide volunteer administration and support to the engagement manager
- Coordinate stakeholder visits and diary management
- Act as a point of contact for donations
- Manage compliance records
- Collate data and reports
- Assist with accreditation
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Provide administration support to the Disability Advocate as required
- Be a privacy officer for the organisation
- Coordinate Social Service Committee registration requirements
- Coordinate ESL and provide support for the Refugee Response
- Collect and oversee the acquittal of grants
- Support travel arrangements
- Support technology administration
- Provide administration team support during periods of leave

- Teamwork – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Criteria
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Office Management or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role
If appointed, you’ll also need to obtain:
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
Desirable
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience collaborating with external providers
