Seeking a Patient Services Team Leader to support a multidisciplinary team in women’s health!

The Jean Hailes Clinics are highly regarded multi-disciplinary specialist women’s health clinics. One clinic is located in East Melbourne and the other in Clayton. The Clinical Operations team (non-clinical practice staff and nurses) is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of high-quality clinical services from approximately 40 specialist health contractors.
Reporting directly to the Senior Practice Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience as an experienced Receptionist/ Patient Services Officer in a multidisciplinary practice setting. The Patient Services Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This role requires strong leadership skills, expectational organisational abilities and a commitment to delivering high- quality administrative support. You will have a natural consultative communication style and enjoy the challenge of problem solving and working both autonomously and collaboratively when required.
