About the opportunity

SuperFriend is pursuing an ambitious vision to deliver on its three-year strategic plan. At the centre of this strategy is the development and deployment of a product suite (around Workplace Level Assessments) reliant on the collaboration of interdependent internal departments. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, The Project Manager has the critically important role of coordinating, aligning, organising, tracking and reporting on this collaboration. The role will also involve leading other internal projects including but not limited to those relating to tech improvement, data warehousing and People and HR projects.

You will:

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and create project management plans that align with strategic objectives
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist project teams with design and development tasks
  • Lead and manage the process of issue/risk identification and resolution
  • Monitor and manage project reporting and manage all project documentation
  • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders and sponsors
  • Monitor production and quality of outputs to stakeholder/sponsor standards
  • Lead project meetings and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and report on project progress

Key requirements

  • Significant multi-faceted project management experience with a track record of successful delivery of complex organisational wide projects in an agile operating environment
  • Highly collaborative work style with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Business strategy skills and experience
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • A Customer-focused mindset

Project management experience within health, health tech or research will be advantageous.
