Located in Parramatta is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Finance team within a leading Not For Profit organisation.

THE ROLE:

This high volume role is full time hours, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Finance Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Accurate and high volume invoicing

• Reconciling the daily bank statement

• Account reconciliations

• Processing EFT & cheque payments

• Attending to any accounts related queries from clients, donors and internal departments 

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience within a high volume accounts payable environment – experience within an NFP is preferred

• Superior levels of attention to detail & accuracy

• An excellent work ethic – you will be among a team of people who believe in a "one in all in" approach. You're not precious about jumping in and helping out wherever needed

• Superior levels of communication – you will be articulate in communicating with your team and have the ability to draw from their knowledge and experience as needed

• Experience with Navision is a definite bonus although not essential.
