• Work in line with relevant Acts and frameworks i.e. Disability Act 2007, NDIS Quality Standards, child safe standard

• Well-maintained systems and documentation that support program success.
• Effective use of IT and software systems to streamline administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Prospective candidates will need to undergo a series of safety screening checks before being appointed to any position at IOE. Our recruitment procedures reflect our commitment to the safety of the people we support. Safety screening includes:

• A Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• In addition to the safety screening, the successful applicant will be required to provide proof of currency for: first aid certification – Provide First Aid HLTAID012 or HLTAID004
