Intrepid also supports a philanthropic foundation The Intrepid Foundation which has disbursed over AU$12 million since it was founded in 2002. The Intrepid Foundation is on a mission to create a positive impact through the joy of travel, community, and connection, supporting partners in our major destinations across a range of sustainable development goals.

As the Fundraising Manager, you will be part of a small team responsible for executing The Intrepid Foundation’s strategy. This includes working across our global business to embed the Foundation into the Intrepid customer journey, converting customers to donors, and developing an exceptional donor experience. You will also activate major fundraising campaigns in response to global issues and continue to build The Intrepid Foundations' positive impact!

To be successful in this role you will bring the below experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of fundraising experience in a similar role with a proven track record of income growth
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive engagement with the Foundation’s activities both internally and externally
  • Excellent donor/stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced global business

You’ll have exceptional initiative and thrive working internationally with cross-cultural teams. Above all else, you will be a passionate advocate for sustainable travel and help build a world-leading purpose-led brand.
