Carmichael Kids Child Care and Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our Pre-Kindy room.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Uphold the requirements of a Child Safe Organisation and our commitment to child safety. The successful applicant will have understanding of the 10 Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle.
- Leading the development of the educational program including planning and programming and creating provocations suitable for a play-based learning environment.
- Ensuring programs are inclusive and reflect the holistic needs of all children.
- Building positive relationships with parents and children.
- Ensuring the care and development of each child in the group and support the monitoring their educational achievement.
- Passion for integrating the Christian faith and character development in all aspects of our environment, reflective of the Service Philosophy.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check QLD).
- Relevant ACECQA approved Qualifications.
- First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training.
- Asthma Management Training.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
