We are currently seeking an experienced Senior payroll professional to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will ensure the timely processing of Interrelate and any of its subsidiary's payroll for approximately 350 staff across the organisation.
In this standalone payroll position you will have solid problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset and experience in processing payroll variations and entitlements in fortnightly payroll.
Some of the important functions you will also be performing include update of payroll information, monthly/end of year reporting, interpretation of awards and agreements to facilitate accurate payroll delivery, manual calculations of entitlements for staff including leave and commencements, cessations and the coordination of all salary packaging for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in working in a complex payroll environment, have previous experience in Access MicrOPay and knowledge of using a HRIS system such as ConnX. In addition to processing payroll, we require a team player who can assist in providing our Accounts team support as required.
This is a permanent full-time position 37.5 hours per week. This position will be a hybrid working model with 1 day per week from the Norwest Head Office and 4 days work from home.
