This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Counsellor, who is passionate about providing high quality relationship counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and children.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Counsellor for our Relationship Services Centre in Lismore. The Relationship Services Centre offers a variety of services to our clients including counselling for families, couples, individuals and children, and group relationship support programs.
This role is responsible for conducting high-quality relationship counselling sessions with clients (individuals, couples, family and child counselling) with an emphasis on the impact of the presenting issues on the family and/or relationship, along with facilitating groups, seminars, and workshops for clients and case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
This role will also conduct child consultations in accordance with clinical procedure (where required and appropriately qualified)
Along with relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, counselling, community services or related discipline, we are looking for strong capabilities in clinical skills and experience, reflective practice, ethics, and good foundational skills in the use of technology - including a client management system and Zoom.
This position can be Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week), or Permanent Part time (hours negotiable). You may also be required to work some evenings.
This position will be based in Lismore, however you may also be required to work from outreach locations within the region.

We anticipate that by 31 January, 2022 successful candidates will be working fully at an Interrelate office.
