ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Manager of Data Systems, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation. You will be at the forefront of developing, integrating, delivering, and maintaining our data and system applications. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in managing and streamlining business processes that impact data applications, deliver high-quality data, drive service standards, and enable our organisation to meet stakeholder needs effectively. As the SME of data systems, you will be key in delivering the strategic priorities of the organisation.

You will actively collaborate across the organisation to understand change requirements, oversee service change requests, and ensure their effective implementation. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve the user experience of the CRM by developing, managing and improving business processes.

The role will also be managing a small team of professionals, including a Business Analyst, and System support staff.

This role is Permanent Full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.

The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site presence at our Bella Vista office. Additionally, there will be monthly visits to our Newcastle office. The position also requires occasional travel to various sites across New South Wales to conduct employee training sessions a few times annually.

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications in Data Science, Information & Communication Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and SQL Server. Experience with PowerApps and Common Data Service is a plus.
• CRM System Support: Experience providing comprehensive support for CRM systems, including incident resolution, training, and knowledge management.
• Application Development: Proven experience in application development, building and managing system capabilities, project management, system design improvements and data management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to develop supportive partnerships, drive decisions, and influence outcomes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to combine and organise information from multiple sources, presenting persuasive arguments and analytics.
• People Management: Demonstrated experience in managing a team and improving processes and systems. Experience in leading and developing project personnel.
• Project Management: Proven track record in successful project management, meeting deadlines, achieving KPI's, and coordinating resources.
