This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Coordinator, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children, and providing a safe and relaxed environment for parents and children who are accessing the Children's Contact Service.
The Children's Contact Service is a place for parents to engage in safe and friendly change-over and change-back in a relaxed, family atmosphere, in which children from separated families can connect with both parents. This position coordinates the delivery and quality management of the Contact Service.
This position is permanent full time, working 75 hours per fortnight and will require evening work and some weekends, and the availability to be on call. A drivers licence is essential and access to a car is highly desirable. This position will be based in Griffith NSW.
This role is a SCHADS Award Level 6, $56.01 per hour (Mon-Fri), $84.02 per hour (Sat).

You are passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children. You are calm and approachable and are skilled at discussing sensitive subject matter in a safe and respectful way.
You have a willingness to understand people's stories and empower them to work towards better outcomes for themselves and their families.
You are organised, adaptable, willing to learn new processes and support others to do the same. You have experience managing a team and have strong leadership capabilities, initiative, problem-solving capacity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skills and ethics.
