We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who puts people at the centre of everything you do.
As a Lead Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of high-quality and flexible support to people with disability. You will use your problem-solving skills to ensure individual plan outcomes are met, working within existing budgets and resources. Whilst also helping and mentoring Support Workers within your Neighbourhood.
