The Role

We are looking for a Landscape Architect with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will encompass all aspects of master planning, concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management, client negotiation and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake and assist Senior Landscape Architects to manage projects from concept through to completion
• Assist Senior Landscape Architects to deliver projects to agreed time frames and budgets
• Undertake and assist Senior Landscape Architects with research, product sourcing, cost planning and site inspections
• Assist Senior Landscape Architects with documentation and contract administration
• Assist Directors in improving practice systems, policy and processes
• Build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and sub-consultants

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Passionate about design, attention to detail and being a part of a close and creative team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both graphic and oral)
• Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Experienced in coordination and working with clients and consultants
• Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe suite. MS office, Sketch up, hand illustration
• Experienced in preparing 3d visualisations and managing BIM (although not essential)
• Bachelor's Degree/ Masters in Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent experience
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Current drivers licence
