About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager role sits within the close-knit Fundraising & Marketing Team, and is responsible for making sure ReachOut is remembered and understood. We look after awareness and acquisition activities targeted to young people, their parents and educators; as well as supporting the efforts of our fundraising and communications activities.

The Digital Marketing Manager contributes to the development and delivery of ReachOut’s marketing strategy – including the development, implementation and management of digital advertising efforts aligned to our service and fundraising goals.

How to Apply

Please send ReachOut your resume and a brief cover letter addressing the following criteria:

  • At least five years’ experience in a busy marketing or media planning environment.
  • Demonstrated CMS experience and knowledge of how to update websites and send eDMs, preferably with experience in Campaign Monitor.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends, portals and channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and ability to generate insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience briefing and managing suppliers and agencies (e.g. media and creative agencies, designers, web developers) to develop a variety of materials (e.g. merchandise, advertisements, video, websites, collateral).
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to live ReachOut’s values and behaviours, and engage young people in our work in meaningful and creative ways.
