This role will suit an enthusiastic and client-centred, in related fields seeking an NDIS client base. You will be delivering services and providing expert consultation and intervention to clients with a disability who have complex needs, allowing them to participate fully in life. You will provide tailored services in line with individual NDIS plans.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Mental Health First Aid Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
• Be knowledgeable in case formulation for a broad range of psychological disorders and can demonstrate a history of effective client outcomes
• Will be passionate about making a difference in mental health at a community
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and self-reflective practice
• Be self-driven yet capable of participating as a team member

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle - willing to travel

NDIS Workers Screening, Police Check, First Aid, Bachelor Degree desirable.
