Our client, a consultancy leading the way in quantifying social and environmental impact, is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead and coordinate an engaging learner experience on their e-learning platform. This includes designing and building courses, engaging with Subject Matter Experts and managing design projects to create a seamless and enjoyable process for learners and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Online learning participants will be involved in a diverse array of very interesting environmental, social and community focused projects. Some of the issues our client is currently working with include the Great Barrier Reef, domestic violence, climate change, philanthropic foundations and First Nations projects. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting to be involved in creating a better world and having a positive impact on the environment, people and the community.

Key requirements of this role include:

• A relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in designing and delivery of online courses in a learning management system.
• Experience optimising administrative and learning systems and processes.

The client provides a hybrid working environment that is friendly, supportive, positive, fair, diverse and inclusive providing everyone with the opportunity to have a positive impact. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary in the range of $100K - $114K per annum (Based on experience) + Super + Benefits. This role is based in Melbourne’s inner East with easy access to public transport.
