Job Summary:

• Supporting people with disabilities and mental health conditions for their day-to-day living, Capacity Building & assisting them for community participation.
• Supporting people with disabilities in their home and 24/7 Supported Independent Living.
• Supporting to set their routine, helping them to build capacity for their daily living skills.
• Assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of those in their care.
• Provide high quality, professional and individualised support to Participant.
• Complete all administrative tasks.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Cert IV In disability, Cert III in individual support or equivalent Previous experience in the disability field.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR.
• Working with Children’s Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
• Current Driver’s license.
