• Seamlessly captures your child’s health, development, and daily moments through natural conversation.
• Transforms your words into AI-generated health and developmental summaries for your care team.

The Role

Having recently secured VC backing to help us get indi into the hands of millions of parents, we’re looking for a part-time Social & Community Lead to help us turn up the volume. You’ll work closely with the founder to own our Instagram presence, grow our community, and make indi the trusted guide for parents and therapists alike.

Details:

• 1 day per week (flexible across the week)
• Ideally Melbourne-based (some co-work/ café sessions with the founder)
• Paid (cash + ESOP)
• Role closes when we find the right person
• Room for role growth (hours and seniority) as we grow

What You’ll Do

• Run indi’s Instagram day-to-day
• Create reels, carousels, and stories that resonate
• Capture and edit content with minimal fuss
• Build trust and community with parents and health professionals
• Make Indi the go-to voice for parents in pediatric complex care
• Work with the CEO running IRL and online experiments to build community and brand voice

Who You Are

• You know what good Instagram looks and feels like and you can make it
• You’re confident on camera (and behind it)
• You get the tone: honest, warm, smart, and emotionally on-point
• You’re organised enough to run your own lane, but chill enough to go with the flow
• You’ve got Canva and storytelling instincts
• You care about what indi is trying to do and want to be part of it
