We are seeking a Campaign Manager on a fixed term contract to lead the Independent campaign for Lyne. This is a critical role in driving the largest grassroots effort ever mounted in the electorate. You will oversee voter contact, volunteer coordination, and the day-to-day implementation of the campaign strategy. Acting as key counsel to the candidate, you will advise on political positioning and ensure their time is invested strategically.

Joining this campaign offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative movement in Lyne. As Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a highly organised, motivated grassroots campaign. Your work will ensure the campaign reaches and resonates with every voter. This role demands strategic thinking, project management skills, excellent people skills, and strong political instincts.The role involves travel across electorate with occasional overnight stays.

The role comes with a rent-free beach front house located in the southern part of the electorate, for you and the family to live in and use as an office. It has three bedrooms, good internet connection, all utilities included and its within easy reach of the Highway for access across Lyne. It is available for the duration of the campaign (approx. 4 months).
