Incolink is a joint enterprise of employer associations and industry unions in the Victorian and Tasmanian commercial building and construction industry. It plays an important role in supporting workers and employers by managing industry redundancy funds and providing a suite of insurance benefits and wellbeing services.
Our members are part of a unique and dynamic industry, and encounter challenges ranging from irregular work patterns to health and safety issues. The Incolink Intervention & Support team provides our members with a range of wellbeing services including mental health, suicide prevention, mental health education and a diverse range of counselling modalities including digital delivery.
This role will provide general and alcohol and drug counselling, mental health education and EAP support to Incolink members and their families. Incolink provide a comprehensive suicide prevention and awareness initiative called ‘Bluehats’ and will be a key focus of ongoing delivery. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach in providing counselling and wellbeing education across a range of environments including building sites and training rooms and digital, phone and video delivery.
