Newly created opportunity to lead the strategic development and delivery of Telefundraising programs across a multi-million dollar fundraising portfolio for the Royal Flying Doctor Service-South Eastern Section.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service - South Eastern Section provides lifesaving aeromedical and primary healthcare services to rural, regional, and remote communities.
This is an exciting time to join an award-winning fundraising team that has been incredibly successful at growing fantastic relationships with a passionate portfolio of donors, and has been known as Australia’s “Most Trusted Charity” for multiple years.
This a newly created opportunity to work across an established fundraising program that has grown rapidly and experienced significant success within the past 5 years.
The Telefundraising Manager will play a vital role in managing the fundraising teams’ phone engagement across multiple fundraising channels and will bring best practices to all forms of telephone contact with donors. They will also manage a Supporter Relations team, and lead the direction and engagement of multiple telefundraising agencies.
This is an opportunity to work across the entire fundraising program to provide strategic advice and implement data-driven initiatives across telefundraising areas that include acquisition, lead conversion, recapture, reactivation, appeal renewal and reinstatement, upgrades, welcome and engagement, high-level giving, mid-level giving, and bequests.
