The Individual Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic growth and innovation of the Individual Giving Program at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. You will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel fundraising appeals and regular giving programs, with a focus on donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and stewardship.
This role is central to diversifying support from individual donors, growing the value and length of their support, and ensuring donors feel connected to the Institute’s groundbreaking work.
In this hands-on position, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Institute to develop and execute donor communication strategies and ensure that individual giving is aligned with the Institute’s strategic goals.
You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor the Individual Giving Coordinator to build a high-performing program.
