A newly created role supporting the growth of ADA’s Individual Giving program by coordinating multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor journeys.
Assistance Dogs Australia trains and places unique dogs with Australians in unique situations.
They train dogs that specialise in support for people with a physical disability, autism or PTSD, as well as providing a range of services to these individuals and their families.
Their free-to-client Assistance Dogs provide Independence, self-esteem, improved health and relationships to individuals and families – resulting in stronger and more successful communities.
Receiving no government funding, ADA rely solely on the generosity and philanthropy of individuals and partners, and this is your chance to support them in offering a lifetime of invaluable support to their clients.
As Donor Development Coordinator, you will support in delivering and optimising multi-channel fundraising campaigns, primarily across direct mail, email, and telemarketing.
This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, staying on time, on budget, and aligned with best practices.
Reporting to the Donor Development Manager, you will manage both existing and new campaigns to drive acquisition, donor retention, and lifetime value. With strong support from the Data & Insights team, you will monitor campaign performance and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve and grow revenue.
