We are looking for experienced Project Managers to support the Executive team as they lead health reform initiatives through active management and support of General Practices across the region that will deliver value-based integrated care for the community. Our client is a Primary Healthcare organisation servicing Western NSW that has created a new start-up company in response to significant Primary Care needs. You will be at the forefront of transforming individual practices, empowering them to operate more efficiently and effectively to serve the community. Strategic and analytical thinking will be crucial in managing projects and supporting staff through the change process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use best practice project management methodology to address identified issues and support initiatives across the catchment.
• Train and develop all team members in project management systems and processes.
• Research and design innovative projects that support; new funding arrangements, alternative services and workforce models
• Lead evaluation of key projects with a view to further improvement
• Create key frameworks of operation, including project management, co-design, engagement, risk management and clinical governance etc.

You will need:

• 3 + years experience as a programme and project manager
• Degree qualification in project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to facilitate cross-functional communication
• Work in a structured manner and pay attention to detail.

Travel, including overnight stays, across the region within Western NSW will be necessary. Occasional intrastate and interstate travel may also be required.

You should reside in the region and working conditions will be hybrid and flexible.
