We are dedicated to providing mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and wellbeing services to young people aged 12-25. Our mission is to create an empowering environment where young people feel encouraged to seek help and thrive.
You will welcome young people and their family and friends with hope and empathy, using a ‘no wrong door’ approach. You will undertake mental health assessments, develop goals in collaboration with the young person and work with family/friends and other professionals to coordinate care. This work will be supported by the multidisciplinary team and Senior Clinician to ensure a holistic approach to the young person’s care.
Services may be delivered in person or via telehealth and based on site.
