About the role
You can expect your day to include the following:
- Meeting with our participants, their families and stakeholders to ensure their IDSS experience is positive and fulfilling
- Working with our lifestyle mentors to identify skill sets and quirky traits that bring points of difference to our participants
- Rostering appropriate staff to meet participant needs using our intuitive software programs
- Ensuring that all compliance required administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Problem solving to achieve best possible support outcomes for participants
- Creating relationships that grow and develop the business

Skills and experience
Success in this role will require:
- Understanding of, and empathy for, the needs and requirements of our participants and mentors
- Demonstrated superior customer service, communication and administrative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to best outcomes
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a busy environment
- Able to juggle multiple priorities working within tight time frames
- Experience in rostering staff
- Knowledge of the disability sector
