With a key focus on supporting the successful delivery of our Supporter Engagement Program, Community First Development is seeking to appoint a Direct & Digital Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Direct and Digital Marketing Manager, this position will be instrumental in elevating the profile of the organisation through engaging written communications and campaign support to grow and retain donors.

RESULT AREAS

  • Adapt written campaign materials for follow ups, including direct and digital channels.
  • Provide campaign support including following up approvals, reconciling invoices against quotes, assisting with the creation of briefs, and tracking weekly results.
  • Coordinate retention and loyalty activities, including written communications, liaising with service providers, and customer service.
  • Promote and protect Community First Development’s image and identity, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
  • Adhere to all workplace policies, including Workplace Health and Safety.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Strong administration and planning skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer service support.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills for different channels, with strong attention to detail.
  • Emotional intelligence demonstrated by strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and a capacity to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, stakeholders and communities.
  • Adhere to all workplace policies, including Workplace Health and Safety.

A formal qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in marketing, communications, fundraising or similar is desirable.
