Do you want to drive meaningful change in the lives of people living with psychosocial disabilities and mental health? Join ICLA as an Allied Health Practitioner delivering positive behaviour support and therapeutic interventions to NDIS participants.
As our Allied Health Practitioner, you'll conduct assessments, develop support plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for participants with complex needs. You'll help generate referrals, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain NDIS-compliant documentation. This diverse role combines clinical excellence with service development, allowing you to create positive outcomes while contributing to our trauma-informed, person-centred approach.
This rewarding role is based from our Surry Hills office with flexibility in work pattern and to work from home where practicable. When travel needs arise for relationship building, transport is available. The role is remunerated at $90,000 - $95,000 per annum plus leave loading, superannuation & NFP salary packaging.
