The opportunity

Responsible for day to day management of the Innovation & Partnerships investment budget. Delivery and uplift of internal communications and external opportunities to build Innovation & Partnerships’ brand profile across icare, raising awareness of Innovation & Partnerships initiatives and value adds. Development and administration of systems and processes to support innovation lifecycle and program management, measurement and reporting. Manage governance activities around investment opportunities, including coordinating activities with stakeholders and reporting on outcomes.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Business Manager you will:

  • Update and maintain key controls, frameworks, policies and artefacts to support the Innovation & Partnerships’ program of work.
  • Coordinate the strategic and operational planning processes and development of stakeholder engagement plans, working in collaboration with the Innovation & Partnerships team.
  • Coordinate the development of Innovation & Partnerships’ reports, planning and logistics to support preparation for group executive and senior leadership meetings, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate the development of Innovation & Partnerships’ content for icare annual reports, business plans and other collateral.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of Innovation & Partnerships’ communications plan, collaborating with stakeholders to enable timely communication about innovation initiatives and team updates through internal and external channels and platforms.
  • Review and revise the risk management practice for the function to ensure a dynamic process of risk identification, management and mitigation across the team.
  • Manage compliance, risk management and probity processes and documentation, and focus on uplifting team capability in these areas.

Your story so far

  • A broad range of business support coordination, corporate reporting and operational experience including sound understanding of how social investment and grant making functions operate.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, operations and governance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
