About the role

The Business Development Manager reports to the Head of Investor Relations.

The role is required to develop lasting, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective Indigenous co-investors in investment solutions offered by IBA, managing the relationships with such co-investors and enabling the Investor Relations team to deliver a professional investment reporting and support service, with a focus on the IBA Fund products.

A key focus is building the pipeline of potential new investors, as well as contributing to product development and improvement initiatives, and the delivery of investment workshops and other capacity development activities.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, an RG146 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Advanced understanding of investment markets and products.
