The Foundation is registered as a Public Benevolent Institution with DGR status and has its own Board.
The Foundation works in partnership with government, corporate and community agencies to deliver evidence-based services and programs to over 5000 people annually through four streams i.e. Health & Wellbeing, Diversity & Social Inclusion, Youth Leadership & Development and Community Advocacy.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the community? The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation (WBCF) is seeking a driven and dynamic Head of Revenue Generation and Social Impact at WBCF to join our team in a newly created role as we embark on an exciting growth journey.
The Head of Revenue Generation and Social Impact is a vital WBCF leadership role, collaborating closely with the Board, GM of Community and Government Relations, and Head of Programs and Community Engagement. Dedicated to strategic sponsorship and marketing, this position drives revenue growth, enhances brand visibility, and ensures successful commercial outcomes for our upcoming facility redevelopment. Primary goals include leading organisational evolution, achieving $1.5M in non-government funding by 2025, and attaining yearly engagement targets.
Collaborating with Program Managers and Social Enterprise & Impact teams, the role maximises our new facility's potential, supported by a robust evaluation framework developed with Victoria University. Critical collaboration with BD & Partnership and Social Enterprise & Impact Managers will execute the revenue strategy, focusing on new partnerships for sustainability and aligning with the new facility's commercial goals. Synergy among marketing, partnerships, and internal stakeholders will foster success, guiding WBCF's transformation into a Social Enterprise. This role ensures financial sustainability while positively impacting communities during our facility redevelopment. Key responsibilities include:
