The Centre for Invasive Species Solutions (CISS) brings together government, industry and research partners to develop coordinated and collaborative research, development and extension (RD&E) projects and innovation pipelines that meet national invasive species challenges and deliver resources and materials to assist on ground actions.

This role would be well suited to a working parent, mature student or someone looking for flexibility and reduced working hours. This part-time role is 21 hours per week, preferably spread across 5 days.
As the Finance and Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial and administrative processes for this small office. Reporting directly to the Finance and Office Manager, you will be responsible for a mix of finance support, research support, office coordination, and administration support for the CEO.
Key responsibilities include:
You’ll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and experience in an administrative or finance support role. You don’t need to have all the answers from day one, but you should be someone who’s happy to take initiative and get up to speed quickly.
You will have:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable, but not essential – training will be provided for the right person who’s eager to learn.
