Hope Street Youth and Family Services Ltd ("Hope Street") has over 40 years of experience delivering specialist services to young people and their families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

We are seeking a determined and highly motivated Team Coordinator that can join the Program and Leadership team to deliver quality youth focused outcomes.
As the Team Coordinator of the First Response Youth Support Service you will be part of an exciting and innovative new model purpose-designed to respond to youth homelessness via a place-based approach in the north-western growth corridor of Melbourne.
You will be proactive in leading and managing two components of the service:
