headspace provides young people with the opportunity to seek help early. headspace brings together local health services under the one roof making it easier for young people and their families to find the information they need.
As the Manager, you will be responsibility for the overall Clinical Governance of headspace Kalgoorlie. You will lead, oversee, and develop all operations and support the expansion of Esperance headspace service. In this role, you will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure all activities are in accordance with the headspace grant agreement, and direction provided by the lead agency, WAPHA, headspace National Office, consortium partners, the Youth Reference Group, and the Family and Friends Reference Group.
There will be a focus on building and nurturing relationships at a personal level, organisational and community level to identify needs and achieve positive outcomes for young people, their families, and significant others. You will ensure a supportive team environment is cultivated and manager staff accordingly.
