At headspace Esperance, we’re a passionate team of Psychologists, Social Workers, a Youth Worker, Community Engagement Officer, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Our Lead Agency, HOPE Community Services, also runs the Goldfields Community Alcohol & Drug Service in town.
As the only youth-focused mental health service in the region, we support young people through counselling, case management, brief interventions, group programs, and outreach.
Being a newer service in a regional location, there’s lots of variety in the role, it’s a unique chance to make a real impact and build broad experience across youth mental health.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversight to our headspace Esperance centre. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity and alignment of services with the headspace model, while providing day-to-day support and supervision to a passionate multidisciplinary team.
This leadership role will suit a dynamic and compassionate mental health professional with a deep understanding of youth mental health, a commitment to clinical governance, and the ability to drive quality service delivery in a regional context.
At HOPE, we’re committed to creating a workplace that values safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and personal growth. We invest in our people, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and make lasting contributions to the communities we serve.
You'll be supported by a passionate, values-driven team that celebrates success and stands beside you during challenges.
If you're shortlisted, we’ll call you to discuss your experience and may invite you to an interview (online or in person).
