There is now an exciting Multimedia opportunity to join the team which Hope and Glory is proud to partner with to appoint.

The role

Reporting to the Brand and Creative Services Manager, this role will support our client’s vision, purpose and strategy through the creation of engaging, accurate fit-for-purpose video and photography assets. You will be responsible for the translation of complex content into compelling, accessible, and effective multimedia communication for external and internal audiences, and for application on multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop engaging and compelling visual storytelling in line with our client’s brand guidelines and adopted standards of inclusion and accessibility, using video, photography, and/or animation.
  • Create impactful and targeted scripts in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team to align with communication goals and campaign messaging.
  • Manage the organisation’s on-site photography for all events and promotion, including supporting fundraising objectives.
  • Interpret and develop creative briefs and develop and oversee production schedules, including run sheets, to effectively manage shoots with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management, updating and organisation of the organisation’s multimedia assets through the digital management asset system.
  • Maintain accurate and current permission forms related to multimedia assets and store all records appropriately in line with our client’s protocols.
  • Occasional out of hours and/or offsite work will be required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skill set and drive:

  • Tertiary qualifications in multimedia, a related field or extensive experience in professional, media or corporate videography and photography.
  • At least four years’ experience in a similar multimedia/digital content producer position in a full-time professional (employed) capacity.
  • Evidence of work in impactful, engaging visual storytelling, through a wide and diverse showreel and portfolio of work.
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and use of Adobe suite programs (particularly, PremierPro, Lightroom, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Proven ability to art direct and produce multimedia projects consistently, from conception to timely completion across different styles and digital channels.
  • Awareness of and ability to apply best-practice accessible principles to multimedia projects including closed captions (CC) and audio descriptions (AD).
  • Strong interest in the latest multimedia trends including AI, virtual/augmented reality, and best practices.
