Our client

Scope is instrumental in supporting thousands of Australians with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays in achieving their goals. They are a registered provider under the NDIS and deliver a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation, lifestyle options and therapy.

There is a rare opportunity to join their high performing marketing team, to continue this innovation in the digital space – as Digital Marketing Manager.

The role

This is a rare, exciting opportunity to become Digital Marketing Manager for Scope, at a time where you can project manage large projects, including a new website development and overseeing the marketing automation project. In addition to this, you will manage a small team to deliver day to day digital marketing requirements. There is a need to integrate multiple digital channels nationally to provide a more seamless, brand focused approach to digital platforms that support Scope Australia’s vision and mission.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to support organisational goals
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager to develop a strategic and engaging digital content strategy
  • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting for digital marketing and SEO campaigns
  • Internal and external stakeholder management including agency relationships
  • Conceptualise and deliver customer touchpoint strategies and provide expert advice around digital customer journeys

Skills and experience

If you feel your skills align with this hybrid role of project and day to day digital marketing and you want to bring your expertise to further digital innovation at Scope Australia, you will have:

  • A digitally savvy mindset, able to see where opportunities lie to increase engagement and enhance customer journey
  • Team leadership experience
  • A track record of planning and optimising digital campaigns
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud ( or similar)
  • Extensive experience managing and optimising websites and social channels
  • Project management skills (website redevelopment would be advantageous)
  • A passion for contributing to disability, aged care or health industries
