Home Support Association are looking for a Senior Manager who is just as comfortable approaching the board with recommendations as they are rolling out their ideas to staff at all levels. We know we are asking a lot but we are big believers in working smarter, not harder and the organisation is primed for the positive changes that will be delivered by this role.

HSA have been through a period of growth and need to bed down existing systems and processes to ensure the organisation is future proofed. Services we provide include Support Coordination, Plan Management and Service Delivery activities such as Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Community Participation, and our Programs – which is an amazing environment for both Service Users and staff. The Association needs someone who understands, or who has the ability to rapidly acquire the understanding of the frameworks that govern the NDIS, including workplace health and safety. We have current systems and practices in place that you will use your knowledge to build upon.

We will be negotiating a remuneration package with the successful applicant. A relocation package would be considered.
