THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Salary: 103,989 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading.
  • Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
  • Location: Bourke campus.
  • WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
  • Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
  • Position Status: Appointment to 31 December 2024. Please note this a leave coverage.

Your role will involve guiding students through every step of their learning journey, from initial course inquiries to identifying their educational needs. Employing diverse teaching and assessment strategies, you'll oversee the learning process while also leading resource development, maintaining industry relationships, and collaborating closely within our team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor of Nursing & Certificate IV in Training and Assessment + be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Vocational and Higher Education sector and VET policies.
  • Current & extensive industry expertise, particularly in technology and educational practices.
  • Proficiency in contemporary teaching methods and promoting independent learning.
  • Experience in innovative program design, flexible learning, and ICT utilisation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills essential for effective teaching.
