THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to leave a legacy? Join us as the Organisational Development & Inclusion Manager, reporting directly to the Associate Director of HR - Employee Experience.

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, lead Employee Experience Strategy, and drive our Institute's Gender Equality Action Plan.

Your efforts will shape our inclusive culture and positive employee experience.

Previous collaborative experience, expertise in diversity and inclusion, and a foundation in HR strategy are key.

Background in gender studies is a plus. Make a difference with us!

  • Salary: $99,593 - $108,490 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
  • Time Fraction: Full Time
  • Location: Chadstone campus.
  • WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
  • Employment Type: Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

ABOUT YOU

You will have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing diversity to inclusion and workforce culture strategies. Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, combined with the capacity to provide high level strategic advice on these issues.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership and management experience, and the ability to establish effective working relationships which engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Project management ability, and proven time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work concurrently on multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interrogate, manipulate and interpret human resource and business information to provide meaningful reports, recommendations and evaluations.
  • A Relevant degree and experience in Organisation Development, Learning and Development or Strategic Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with the Victorian TAFE system and the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education sector will be highly regarded.
