We’re seeking a passionate and community-focused Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Project Officer to coordinate the development of Hobsons Bay City Council’s RAP. You’ll work with Traditional Owners, First Nations communities, Council staff and other stakeholders to co-design a culturally respectful plan that embeds reconciliation across Council, while building strong partnerships and delivering meaningful community outcomes. You’ll play a key role in embedding reconciliation into Council’s everyday work, creating lasting impact for the community.

Progressed candidates will be required to complete a National Police Record Check, a Pre-Employment Medical Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC). Candidates must also hold a valid Victorian Driver Licence. (or ability to travel between required work locations in a timely fashion).
