The strategic, creative, self-starters in our People & Culture team are tasked with attracting, engaging and nurturing the socially-driven high performers at Hireup HQ. Insights-led and data-driven, they collaborate with team leads across the organisation to ensure they have the best talent, processes and resources to keep pace with Hireup’s rapidly growing community of users. They are people-obsessed and passionate about stewarding a positive, innovative and collaborative culture, always keeping one step, roll or zoom ahead of Hireup’s hyper growth.
As the Learning & Development Manager, your primary focus will be to shape the vision for learning and development and bring this to life at Hireup. In this newly created role, you will be our L&D expert in the team responsible for designing and implementing programs and solutions to build capability and support learning at the organisation, team and individual level. You’ll also be someone who can help us take our career development program to the next level to help our people understand what their next role could be.
As with any fast growing company, your priorities may evolve as we continue to scale. Starting in this role, we’d love for you to focus on the above areas however we’d also love you to utilise your skills, experiences and knowledge to help us shape the future of this role over time.
