Highgate Early Learning Centre is an established not-for-profit, community run service providing long day-care and 3- & 4-year-old kindergarten programs. We are located in the heart of Ashburton in the east of Melbourne. During our recent Assessment and Rating we received our third consecutive Exceeding rating in all seven areas.

We are seeking a passionate and capable educator to join the Toddlers team. The position is an ongoing position, Monday to Friday; 8 hour shifts 5 days a week.

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic Early Childhood Educator with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education with:

• A solid knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standards & Framework; EYLF and VEYLDF
• A sound knowledge of the Child Safe Standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and experience with digital documentation
