About the role

This award-winning not for profit organisation is looking for a senior marketing manager to define, manage and execute integrated marketing activity to promote the brand/cause and support all business units including fundraising and research.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications and working as part of a small, high-performing team, the focus of this role will be events, fundraising and campaign marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End to end design and execution of large scale campaigns for events and flagship fundraising campaigns
  • Managing a marketing events calendar
  • Managing website and digital content
  • Maintaining the brand narrative across all activity and campaigns
  • Using Salesforce CRM to understand and leverage events data and design campaigns
  • Regular post campaign evaluation
  • Effective budget, supplier, stakeholder and project management
  • Design and develop roadmaps for user/donor journeys
  • Contribute to the establishment of marketing automation, ensuring best practice and value is achieved.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager who is entrepreneurial, results-focused, creative and an innovative thinker. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar
  • 7-10 years’ experience in a marketing management role
  • A track record of translating strategic thinking into action plans and output
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and retention marketing
  • A strong understanding of data, CRM and working with email and CMS platforms
  • End to end campaign management experience
  • Experience in for purpose marketing and fundraising
  • Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Compassion and a genuine interest in contributing to an important mission
  • An ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
