PanKind - The Australian Pancreatic Cancer Foundation - is looking for a driven, compassionate program manager to join their team of fearless changemakers in this vital role.
Exclusively dedicated to improving outcomes for Australians impacted by pancreatic cancer, PanKind’s mission is to triple the pancreatic cancer survival rate by 2030.
Patient-centric, strategic and collaborative; PanKind is achieving results through a strategic investment in groundbreaking medical research while also providing support and advocacy for patients and families.
That’s where this role comes in.
Working with PanKind’s CEO and Scientific Advisory Panel as well as researchers, healthcare professionals, fundraisers and partners, this role has a broad scope including:
You’re an experienced program manager with outstanding project management and communication skills.
You’re process-driven and organised with exceptional attention to detail.
You’re equally comfortable coordinating a grant administration process as you are hosting patient support events and advocating for patient-centred policies with a range of stakeholders across diverse partner organisations.
You’re a natural communicator and relationship builder who can communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and negotiate and facilitate contracts and agreements.
You’re genuinely interested in joining the fight against pancreatic cancer, being the voice of the patient, and committing to PanKind’s mission and values.

An understanding of research grant administration processes and compliance would be beneficial.
