Health Workforce Queensland is a not for profit, non-Government Rural Workforce Agency (RWA) for primary health workforce in Queensland, focused on making sure remote, rural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities have access to highly skilled health professionals when and where they need them, now and into the future.

This is a mixed billing clinic, currently with one practitioner and eager to expand. They are a leading provider of rehabilitation and occupational therapy services in the region and have been well established for over 10 years. The clinic provides a range of services including occupational rehabilitation, hand therapy and occupational therapy. With a very loyal client base exceeding our current capacity, they are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner to join their team and take on their current case load as well as take up the opportunity to extend the scope of the clinic’s services.
They are looking for an enthusiastic occupational therapist, physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to join their growing team. The clinic is a well-established rehabilitation provider in the Fraser Coast - Wide Bay region. They have a large, loyal client base that is exceeding our current capacity. Your position will full time, working 38-40hrs per week and you will have an independent case load and have the ability to choose which services you would like to provide and expand your knowledge/experience in.
Maryborough is a lovely regional town only around 250Kms north of Brisbane and at the doorstep to beautiful Hervey Bay and World Heritage listed K'gari (Fraser Island). Situated on the Mary River, Maryborough is filled with rich history and heritage including classic 1800s Queensland architecture, art galleries and museums, and beautiful picnic in riverside parks. Maryborough is the birthplace of P.L. Travers and the town is a tribute to Mary Poppins. Maryborough is also a gateway to great beaches in Bundaberg, Bargara and the turtle sanctuary on Keppel Island.
