Tell me about the role
This newly created position will:
- Support research activity across the headspace initiative as directed by the Chief Scientific Advisor.
- Maintain the headspace Research Register.
- Lead development of practical and efficient research management processes.
- Ensure all headspace National research projects and partnerships are covered by appropriate research and data agreements.
- Contribute to ensuring ethical and appropriate access to the headspace service network and headspace data for research purposes.
- Prepare high quality reports and provide easily comprehended information and advice to headspace executive and management to keep them informed of the nature of headspace research activity.
- Contribute to the development of research publications and reports.
Who we're looking for
- Post graduate research degree level qualifications in social or behavioural sciences, health sciences or other relevant discipline with a strong applied research component.
- Expertise in research methods and research ethics.
- Demonstrated understanding of data privacy and security issues.
- Expertise in research-related applications, including endnote and SPSS.
- Understanding of research management systems.
