Tell me about the role

This diverse and rewarding senior role in the Early Career Program (ECP) will partner with universities and peak bodies to build student placement and graduate pathways for Psychologists to commence a rewarding career in youth mental health.

You will work with skilled clinical educators and supervisors around the country to ensure early career Psychologists are supported with their learning, skill development and professional resilience to make a long-term contribution to the youth mental health workforce.

You will use your Psychology and Youth mental health experience to enhance the design and delivery of this large National workforce program.

What we're looking for

An experienced senior Psychologist with:

• Current Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor status.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision of Provisional Psychologists, Psychologists and allied health clinicians in a youth context.
• In depth knowledge of Psychology training pathways, accreditation and supervision requirements.
• Clinical experience in a youth mental health setting
• Demonstrated relevant project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of youth mental health policy and frameworks.
